The role of the University regarding the future employment of young people

Abstract

When they finish university studies and they want to look for work, they find a social reality, more unprofessional, since we believe that we are going to earn a lot of money for being university students and that we are ready to insert ourselves in the labor field. The few job vacancies require experience, so the young man seeks to do any job, receive what is offered because of the desire to work or because the need forces him.
