Desenvolvimento e seus descontentamentos: econômico, humano e a alternativa - a vida boa

Resumo

O desenvolvimento é um conceito normativo. Em sua definição, são transmitidas as ideias de progresso, avanço e melhoria. Os estados, por sua vez, elaboram e implementam políticas públicas de acordo com essa definição. Consequentemente, a qualidade de vida de uma população dependerá, em grande medida, de como o desenvolvimento é compreendido. Várias correntes têm participado e participado desse debate. De alternativas de desenvolvimento, como o desenvolvimento econômico e humano, a alternativas como o Bom Viver, a academia e a política têm sido enriquecidas nos últimos anos pela intensa discussão. No entanto, cada uma dessas abordagens tem seus pontos fortes e limitações. Nesse sentido, o andamento desse debate depende da seriedade com que os dois lados são levados em cada caso. A contribuição que este artigo pretende é apresentar as alternativas mencionadas de forma crítica.
