Abstract

In a new Ecuadorian educational-legal context in which structural changes at all levels are taking place, it is an urgent need to provide teachers in general, and those who are involved in teaching English as a foreign language in particular, with academic offer oriented, irstly, to update their knowledge, and secondly, to obtain a master´s degree to support and facilitate their teaching performance. The aim of this work is to determine the structure of the curricular design of a postgraduate program that meets their academic requirements.
