Resumo

Para determinar o nível de satisfação dos serviços de frete, os usuários avaliam em conjunto vários atributos que representam diferentes aspectos do nível de serviço. Do ponto de vista metodológico, a pesquisa avalia os pesos com os quais os indivíduos avaliam esses atributos dentro do que é considerado o nível de satisfação ou utilidade. Para atingir esses objetivos, a análise foca na obtenção de preferências usando experimentos de escolha discreta ou preferência declarada (PD). Com essas informações podemos estimar modelos de escolha discreta, que nos permitem obter uma representação da função de utilidade a partir da qual você pode obter Uma medida da qualidade geral do serviço e a disposição de pagar por melhorias nele, Test resulta representam uma tecla valiosa para orientar a política durante o transporte.
