Abstract

While in the Cooking Workshop of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuardor Sede Ibarra, the students of the School of Management in Tourism and Hotel Companies (GESTURH) prepared international haute cuisine dishes, the guests at the Gourmet night came to the university campus to taste the exquisite gastronomic preparations; event that has been developing as a tradition since 2005.
