It is with great satisfaction that we present this new issue of Axioma Magazine, which sets us on the path to achieving indexing. Relevant changes have been made that will allow us to be an impact magazine. Among others, having an Internal Editorial Committee and an External Editorial Committee of national and international peers; to specify the areas in which the Magazine will focus from now on, the double-blind qualification, as well as small changes in form that will allow us to achieve the standards of a magazine that intends to have an international scope for its interest, not only inviting our research professors, but those from other national and international universities to participate in it.

Three specific areas of the Universities are those that will fundamentally be developed in the Journal: The research carried out in higher education institutions, teaching with its innovations and, the link that by law and by vocation is carried out on a daily basis. No less important is the university management that, in turn, will have a space through the activity reports and short articles.

Among the areas that are exposed in this issue, we must highlight the research carried out on the PUCE-SI farm, an article on the Andean legal system, the components of the educational model, as well as the proposal of a model for linking with the community , in addition to some experiences in teaching, practices and research, without forgetting the external contribution that marks the pattern of relationship with which we want AXIOMA to enter in the immediate future.

With this new step in our Journal, we invite faculty and researchers, external and internal, to present their best works for the benefit of the academy and humanity in general.
