In this new issue of the magazine, we are pleased with the large number of articles received for evaluation, which means that we are on the right line in order to index Axioma in other databases and, above all, the diffusion that the same is having in the national and international scope.
We thank all the authors of the articles submitted from this editorial, although it has not been possible to publish them all. It also follows that the selection of published articles takes on greater value, being selected among many others. This has also led us to broaden the base of our reviewers and to a greater work in the management of the journal, for this reason, we want to thank all the participants who, in one way or another, have made this new issue possible. of Axiom.
Due to the characteristics of Axiom, various articles are presented that enrich it from the different fields of knowledge. Thus, we have the participation of external professors, such as the contribution of a researcher, a fellow of the Prometheus Program of the National Secretariat for Research, Science and Technology of Ecuador (Senescyt), who shows lines of work on heritage measures in the Ibarra canton and that they could serve as a model for other Ecuadorian localities; the participation of professors from the Universidad de los Andes-Mérida (Venezuela), who contribute with the explanation of the operation of an expert system to help in the selection of the measures to be taken before, during and after a seismic event; those of the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), which show us the essential work of the journalist as an intermediary between society and what happens in it and the participation of the Technical University of the North, with an article that highlights the potential of Ecuadorian universities and, in particular, of this institution to publish scientific results.
We have also had a rich variety of internal contributions from the SINAPUCE network, with interesting topics from teachers at the Ibarra Headquarters: the experience of managing the Exprésate Ibarra virtual platform, which arises from a field study on putting launching of an interactive cultural space; Multimedia tools as a methodological strategy for teaching-learning at the basic level of Architecture and Curriculum Innovation Workshop for teaching and learning oral and written expression, both with the aim of improving teaching-learning. From the headquarters, an interesting reflection is presented on Development and its discontents: the economic, the human and the alternative - Good Living
